As the owner and CEO, I need to prioritize where my time and energy go. CCM has saved me at least 20 hours per week in manual billing and review procedures. This has reduced our need to hire billing staff and makes the process manageable and affordable. CCM is one of, if not the most fluid and easy to use Electronic Health Records (EHR) and billing program for in-home services. I have worked in the field of social services for 20 years and have used several different EHR programs. None of the other program’s I’ve used were built for these services and seemed to be full of “workarounds” to make the program fit the needs of the agency. I have not experienced a need for workarounds for smooth documentation and billing. Being a small business in a fast-paced field it is important to have any questions answered or challenges resolved. I have found that Social Service Solutions for CCM is easy to contact and quick to respond whenever I have questions.
