As an IIC, I find the Creative Case Manager to be user-friendly and it provides quick access to the information and forms needed. The Copy and Copy All features on the forms make transferring notes to other systems quick and easy. I’ve always found the CCM to be a great system to use, but the recent addition of the copy feature has made it even better!
I have been using CCM for 15+ years. CCM gives me all the demographic information, referral agency, and numbers at a touch. I do not have to worry about calculating units of service as it does for me.CCM is private to each IIC or BA as I can only see my clients. CCM affords me the ability to print out SDFs, ROI, and all paperwork already printed with youth’s information, saving me time and effort. After the diagnosis is input, the diagnosis is automatically generated in the intake, making less work for me. CCM lets me start my work, save and come back to it later. What I particularly love is the ability to log onto CCM from any device thus having my youth’s information at my fingertips.

As the owner and CEO, I need to prioritize where my time and energy go. CCM has saved me at least 20 hours per week in manual billing and review procedures. This has reduced our need to hire billing staff and makes the process manageable and affordable. CCM is one of, if not the most fluid and easy to use Electronic Health Records (EHR) and billing program for in-home services. I have worked in the field of social services for 20 years and have used several different EHR programs. None of the other program’s I’ve used were built for these services and seemed to be full of “workarounds” to make the program fit the needs of the agency. I have not experienced a need for workarounds for smooth documentation and billing. Being a small business in a fast-paced field it is important to have any questions answered or challenges resolved. I have found that Social Service Solutions for CCM is easy to contact and quick to respond whenever I have questions.
I truly feel that CCM makes me more of an effective and efficient counselor! It takes the guesswork out of completing and submitting both forms and notes. It has an intuitive nature and is consistently being updated with additional features! I would 100% recommend it to any provider who wants to strive and thrive, knowing that its portability is only an arm’s length away!
