General Questions
Zero ($0.00). There are no set-up fees or support costs.
There are no hidden costs to using the CCM. Even data migration services are free. However, there’s an additional service provided that you may choose to use such as a clearing house for insurance claims service.
You have access to free in-person, unlimited web, email, and telephone support.
Pay for what you use. Period! Most software charge per user. Very expensive! With the CCM you pay for data you use, similar to a cell phone plan. We pay for everything else.
No contract is required. You can decide to stop using the CCM with 30-day notice.
The CCM is continuously evolving and improving to meet new needs. This research and development are at NO cost to you.
Trust & Security
We own the intellectual rights to our software, but you own all your entered data. Be assured we will never sell or use your data in any way except to help you implement your services. We will use your email, telephone and address to serve you best.
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored securely using Microsoft Azure. MS Azure’s servers’ infrastructures are certified, ensure the highest physical security and guarantees a 99.9% uptime. MS Azure has achieved ISO 27001 certification and is a Level 1 service provider under the PCI DSS standards. All data in the CCM is also double the required encryption using SSL in transit and encrypted at rest. We perform continuous data backups.
Yes. The CCM is HIPPA, HiTech, and SOC 2 compliant.
Services
Yes. We provide HIPAA compliant, EDI insurance claims service through a clearinghouse provider.
NO! The CCM is very user friendly. No IT staff or computer training needed.
YES! You can use it on your computer, laptop, tablet and cell phone (iPhone & Android).
You can access the CCM across multiple browsers including Google Chrome (recommended), Safari, Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and more. You can use it on a PC or MAC.

Other Questions
YES! The CCM captures and reflects individual agency information. The CCM can display your logo and letterhead information.
Yes. The CCM’s Electronic File Cabinet allows for agency forms to be uploaded and shared with staff.
You can use any screen size. When using a PC it is best using a screen resolution of 1024 x 768.
