As an IIC, I find the Creative Case Manager to be user-friendly and it provides quick access to the information and forms needed. The Copy and Copy All features on the forms make transferring notes to other systems ​quick and easy. I’ve always found the CCM to be a great system to use, but the recent addition of the copy feature has made it even better!
