THE ROLLOUT!
Hey! This is our first ever Social Service Solutions BLOG and we want to welcome you! We also want to thank you for taking the time to visit and read.
We know that time is valuable, so we will do our very best to make our Blogs meaningful, informative and helpful, fun, and relatively concise. This way you get the most out of what we have to offer in the most practical of timeframes. We also invite you to interact with us! So, join our community and connect with us on our social media platforms.
To start, allow us to introduce ourselves. We are mental health professionals, just like many of you. We work in the helping field striving to improve and empower our communities. We know what it means to provide direct service; engaging with others, giving of ourselves, both emotionally and professionally, as we navigate through the mental health and wellness sectors.
We have the education and direct practice with an administrative and business perspective as well. From this, we know what it means from employing, supporting staff, providing quality services, maintaining compliance and quality assurance, to managing services and referrals, and facilitating the financial aspects.
The experiences are invaluable. As such, we know the demands of starting and operating agencies, both big and small. We also know the demands and stressors of working in the field. And yes, we know all about how the pandemic has disrupted our normal work flows and how the transition from WFH to now shifting back to the office will be challenging for everyone.
We’ve learned a lot on our journey through empowering those we have served professionally and those we have worked with closely, and we want to broaden that as much as possible. We want to empower our communities, and we figure what better way to accomplish this than to empower those that are working within the communities, YOU!
This blog is meant to serve as a communication piece to share thoughts, ideas, engage in discussion about current topics related from the input of effort and work to provide service in the mental health and wellness sectors. To learn and grow together in this evolving society. Here readers, such as yourself, will find discussions relevant to the mental health and wellness sectors. Thoughts on leading trends and topics important to both direct service and administrative staff. Talk about all things important to agencies and individuals alike, and more.
We want our readers; the professionals providing services in the mental health field, the supervisors, the administrators, the executive directors or owners, really everyone to uncover takeaways that will aide in empowering their own communities to further along society for the better.
We hope you join us again! Don’t forget to subscribe so you don’t miss out! And remember to connect with us on social media!

Be In the Know…Suicide Awareness Prevention
September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, a dedicated time to raise awareness to a social issue that is highly stigmatized, often ignored and overlooked, and at times considered a taboo topic.
